Colabination is affiliated with a variety of businesses and works closely with them. These businesses may offer promotions or sell items or services to you through Colabination’s services. Colabination may also provide services or sell products jointly with affiliated businesses. Due to the nature of our business model, when an affiliated business is associated with your transaction, we may share information that is related to such transaction with that affiliated business. Colabination may share aggregated demographic information with business partners.

In some cases, Colabination may choose to buy or sell assets. The security of your personal information is important to us. Your Colabination account information is protected by a password. It is important that you protect against unauthorized access of your account and information by choosing your password carefully, and keeping your password and computer secure by signing out after using our Services.  

Colabination encrypts sensitive information (such as credit card number) using secure socket layer technology (SSL) through Stripe. Colabination follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once Colabination receives it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 

Data Retention

Colabination will retain your information only for as long as is necessary or your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you no longer want Colabination to use your information to provide you services, you may close your account. Colabination will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
