At Colabination, we understand what it's like being a customer. We know that shopping online can be anything from dissatisfying to truly infuriating,  so we work hard to give you the best possible digital shopping experience. Have questions or suggestions? We're easy to reach. We're constantly looking to improve your experience, so you have suggestions, we guarantee, we will listen.

A. Shipping:

Shipping is free, right?

Shipping is free for all orders placed within the United States. Any international orders will be charged $19.99.

How will my order be shipped?

Each brand chooses their shipping method (USPS, FedEx, etc) and you will be notified via email of the shipping provider and tracking number for your order. Because of this, if you order from multiple brands, your items will be delivered separately.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

For U.S. shipping - Orders are shipped within approximately 7-10 days, however, this can vary depending on the brand and how their products are made.

For international shipping - Orders are shipped within approximately 1-2 weeks, however, this can vary depending on the brand.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

A tracking number will be sent to you in your order confirmation email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Colabination is proud to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery. We do not accept PayPal, bank deposits, cash, cheques or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

B. Returns:

Can I receive a refund if I return an item?

Yes, as long as your return request is made within 30 days of your original order. Please email Felix@Colabination.com with your order number and item to be returned. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label so we can follow your return as it makes it way back to the brand. You will then receive a refund of the full amount minus the cost of the pre-paid shipping label.

Items must be returned within 30 days. Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Intimates and swimwear may not be returned. Shoe boxes may not be used as the shipping box.

C. Exchanges:

Love it, but need a different color, pattern or size?

Contact us at Felix@colabination and we will check the stock for your item before beginning your exchange. Once we have confirmed the availability of your new item, we will send a prepaid shipping label so we can follow your item back to the designer. Once it has been received, your new item will be shipped on priority mail and you will receive new tracking information.

Items must be exchanged within 30 days.

Can I make a change to an existing order?

Yes - you may make changes to your order up until your order has begun being processed. Please contact Felix@Colabination.com with the order modifications you would like. Please note that not all changes can be guaranteed as the order may be too far into the shipping process. Ensuring that your order is correct before checkout is always the best policy to save any disappointment at a later date.

I received a damaged Item - what do i do?

Please contact Felix@colabination and we will be happy to correct the issue as soon as possible.

My package was lost on its way to my shipping address- what do I do?

Please contact your local shipping provider and let Felix@Colabination.com know so we can work with the brand to result the issue if needed.

D. Promotions/Sales:

How do I use them?

Make sure you enter your promotional code at checkout. Only 1 promo or sale can be applied to an order at a time.
